Adopting holistic sports training practices enhances athlete development, reduces injury and illness, and can decrease burnout.

Holistic Injury prevention & coaching involves all aspects of athlete development, from movement and nutrition to mental and spiritual formation.

Moving beyond just playing sports, a young athlete's development hinges on what they learn from a young age.

Alicia is available for athlete, team, coaching, and parent consultations and training by making an appointment.

25+ years of experience working with clients & athletes of all ages and levels.NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist & Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, Doctoral (research) focus: Holistic Injury Prevention in Adolescent Athletes: Linking Sleep, Nutrition, and Musculoskeletal Health. Experience working with clients diagnosed with autoimmune disorders, cancer, or diabetes. Undergraduate studies in cardiac rehabilitation.  Spiritual development through YoungLife and Fuller Theological Seminary. Youth minister for 15 years.

Team / Parent / Coach Workshops

$100.00 per hour
  • Workshops include team building, hands on activities, & expert training in the art of holistic athlete development.

  • Workshops will include participant vouchers for discounts in the online store, specials, and more. 

One-on-One athlete training programs

$80.00 per hour

Includes:

  • Personalized holistic program development​ for nutrition timing, pre-habilitation, spiritual development, and hydration strategies. 

  • Exercise Testing for determining progress

  • Full workup, PAR-Q, FFQ, Diet record, & lifestyle questionnaire

  • Full access to text support & FaceTime availability.

  • T-Shirt

  • Monthly in-person follow-up and re-test.
